This is a women's only group coaching program that is meant to have you commit to yourself or recommit to yourself during some of the busiest times of the year when it's natural for us to put ourselves last! If you can take time for yourself and make steps towards your goals during the busiest times of the year then you can do it at any time of the year! The two times this program is run are during the holiday season and then again at the start of the summer.
During this program, you will focus on your health as a whole. We talk about and implement daily and weekly actions that revolve around your fitness routine, daily nutrition, sleep and stress management, hydration, and more!
