Who does Get Fit with ME work with?
We work primarily with busy professional moms who feel like they are consistently chasing the next thing on the to-do list, and who struggle to find time for themselves, looking to have more confidence, be stronger and have more energy.
When we aren’t working with busy professional moms we are working with companies who believe in the growth of their team members not just in the office but in their everyday lives. What is the cost of working together?
We offer a variety of different programs which may be a good fit for you and your health goals. Each program has a different price point. If there is a certain program you are interested in, fill out a Contact ME Form and we can discuss which program would be the best fit for you. What is the cancellation policy?
Each program has a 7-Day money-back guarantee if, within a week of working together, you don’t feel like we or the program are a good fit for you. I will give you back your money so that you can find the program and coach that is perfect for you!
What equipment will you need?
You don’t need any equipment to get started, many clients start out using items from around the house such as laundry soap, a bottle of wine, or even a backpack of books as weights. If you do choose to purchase equipment, Get Fit with ME provides a full list of reasonably priced pieces that will help you create or grow your home gym! Some of our favorite pieces of equipment are the PowerSystems Adjustable Dumbbells, Resistance Bands with Handle Set, Mini Bands, and a bench.
How will I track my habits and how will you keep me accountable?
Get Fit with ME has paired with an awesome app called MyCoach which allows your coach to add daily actions, lessons, workouts, reflection forms, and much more all in one easy-to-use app. One of the awesome things about this app is that Morgan can see what you are doing or not doing in real time so that adjustments can be made sooner rather than later. Depending on the program you join will depend on the other levels of support and accountability. Do you write meal plans?
Although Morgan has a minor in nutrition as well as many years of experience, it isn’t within her scope to write personalized meal plans. That being said, Get Fit with ME offers personalized nutritional guidance such as protein you should be getting, how to break it down throughout your day and what hitting that goal looks like in terms of meal ideas. Protein is just an example, when working together you will be asked to do a one week food log so that we can give you guidance that is specific to you, your lifestyle and your goals.
